Rachel Marquardt joined the Randle Communications team in April 2020 and currently serves as the Manager of Digital Strategy. In this role, she spearheads Randle’s innovative in-house digital practice, which is powered by proprietary paid, earned, shared, and owned strategies, standing as the most engaging creative in the market. Marquardt leads all digital operations across Randle practice areas, elevating client services with dynamic and engaging digital content and strategy. Marquardt also oversees Randle’s digital monitoring and benchmarking services.
Marquardt also serves as a leading member of the EPIC Impact Society, a community of international professionals from a cross-pollination of industries who empower creative leaders and inspire social innovation through arts, education, and humanitarian engagement. In previous roles, she applied her strategic marketing expertise across a variety of industries including utilities, education, law, health and tech.
Marquardt earned a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Science Communication from Cal Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo where she was named Best Public Relations and Marketing Manager in the Nation at the College Media Business and Advertising Managers National Convention. She has also since obtained her MBA from Pepperdine University, emphasizing in Marketing and Leadership.
A Sacramento native, Marquardt enjoys learning about creativity, writing her latest fiction novel and composing music in her free time.
