With his high-energy approach, Charette applies his passion and talents to identify creative avenues to amplify strategic messages across media channels.

Prior to joining the Randle team, Charette crafted digital media content and provided grassroots organizational support for the Stop Proposition 63 campaign. Before engaging in state politics, he served as the digital media manager for Right to Rise USA, the chief Super PAC supporting Jeb Bush’s campaign for president. In this role, Charette produced innovative digital content that was featured in The New York Times and POLITICO and provided issue research featured in The Washington Post.

Before returning to the West Coast, Charette was the roving correspondent for The Washington Free Beacon in Washington, D.C., where he covered high-profile congressional and gubernatorial elections and grassroots advocacy. In 2012, Charette joined the Romney For President campaign, where he contributed to the campaign’s rapid response operation.

Charette graduated in 2010 from Pennsylvania State University with a bachelor’s in journalism and minor in rhetoric. He honed his digital media skills for two years as the video manager for Penn State’s women’s basketball team.

In between adventures with his wife Ashton, Charette competes in obstacle races and marathons.
