Executive Assistant and Office Manager
Jill Goodnight joined Randle Communications in January 2017 as executive assistant and office manager. In this position, she supports CEO Jeff Randle and Partner Mitch Zak, while also providing support for senior staff and general oversight and management of day to day office operations. Goodnight brings more than 24 years of executive assisting and office management expertise to the firm.
Prior to joining the Randle Team, Goodnight worked for CKE Restaurants, serving as executive assistant to the Chief Operating Officer and other members of the operations management team for four years. In addition, Goodnight served as assistant to the Regional Vice President for Carl’s Jr. Region Three Office in Sacramento for 13 years, and marketing assistant for Nor-Cal Beverage in West Sacramento for seven years.
Goodnight is a passionate community volunteer, who has been involved in numerous organizations benefitting children, including, YMCA and Girl Scouts, serving as a troop leader. Goodnight was the founder of C.R.O.S.S (Christians Reaching out Serving Seniors), a five-year volunteer program that provided a monthly luncheon at a low-income housing unit for seniors. Goodnight also raised money for Be Change, a non-profit after school running program that serves inner-city elementary schools, by training and running the California International Marathon.
Goodnight has lived in West Sacramento for 22 years. She lives with her husband and two Chihuahuas, Timon and Bill. When she isn’t in the office, Goodnight enjoys spending time with family, including her five children, and 13 grandchildren, binge watching all the new hit shows on Netflix, crocheting, and cake decorating.
