Jeff Randle is one of California’s most talented and successful communications and public affairs professionals. Randle built his business on the principles of Jim Collins’ book Good to Great, focusing on building a cohesive high performing team, challenging them to deliver to extraordinary results and giving them the tools to succeed. This philosophy has helped Randle build his firm into the number one public relations and public affairs firm in the Sacramento region according to the Sacramento Business Journal. Capitol Weekly Magazine has also named Randle as one of the top 100 most influential people in California for the last two years and Campaigns and Elections magazine has recognized him as one of the top 100 political influencers in the state. Randle and his wife Kellie were also recently recognized as one of Sacramento’s top 25 power couples.
Randle is a major player in California and national politics serving as a key advisor to House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy and serving as his Sacramento area finance chair. Randle has led the Majority Leader’s local finance team for the last three years, in which time they have raised over $1.5 million for the Majority Leader and Speaker Paul Ryan.
Randle was a Deputy Chief of Staff to Governor Pete Wilson for eight years where he was responsible for all political, communications and coalition building efforts in support of the Governor’s public policy agenda. His outstanding work for Governor Wilson led the Los Angeles Times to call him a “wunderkind.” Randle was also a top advisor to Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, serving as a senior member of his historic recall campaign in 2003 and for four years on his political team.
Randle is a native Californian and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from UCLA in 1986. He and Kellie live in Sacramento with their youngest child Jillie Kate. Randle’s oldest daughter, Annie, attends Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee while his son, Jake, attends the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana.
Randle enjoys spending time with his family and visiting his oldest children at their colleges. He is a devoted Bruin fan who loves rooting for UCLA’s football and basketball teams. He is also a life-long Los Angeles Angels baseball fan.
