Erin Dunlay



Erin joined Randle Communications in January 2015 and brings extensive experience developing and implementing public relations and public affairs strategies for a wide range of clients. In her role as an account manager, Dunlay provides strategic direction and day-to-day support across a variety of industries, including lead roles on Golden 1 Credit Union, Liberty Utilities and the California Association of REALTORS®.

Previously, Dunlay worked at global, statewide and local public affairs firms, where she managed and worked on diverse statewide and local public relations programs. She has experience in media relations, grassroots advocacy, issues management, community relations and digital outreach. Dunlay has worked across a variety of sectors, including food and consumer products, energy, civil justice, water, the building industry and insurance. She also has newsroom experience, having worked as a copy editor for the Omaha World Herald.

Dunlay received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Creighton University. She has served on the board of the Sacramento Public Relations Association for six years, including a term as president. Dunlay also serves on the River City Food Bank Board of Directors and on the Communications Committee for Metro EDGE. She lives in Citrus Heights with her husband Ryan and their two children Madeline and Max.
