Randi Dixon joined the Randle Communications team in March 2012 as Executive Assistant to Jeff Randle, President/CEO and Mitch Zak, Partner of the firm. She brings more than 30 years of experience from established organizations including the Sacramento Board of REALTORS®, California Association for Advanced Transportation Systems and the California Redevelopment Association.

In her official capacity, Dixon oversees and manages a range of administrative responsibilities for the Randle team, including providing facility management, network administrative management, and dealing with client-specific issues including contracts.  Dixon also coordinates with the staff on the implementation of all personnel policies.

She also has extensive experience in meeting planning that has taken her on professional travels near and far. Dixon is more than familiar with traveling to exotic venues as she graduated high school from the International School of Tehran, Iran.

Dixon possesses an affinity for wayfaring that has been beneficial to her professionally as well as personally. In addition to travel, Dixon enjoys reading, needlepoint and going to the movies. She lives with her husband in Sacramento where her daughter also resides.
