Randle Communications Promotes Julie Hooper to Vice President of Public Affairs

SACRAMENTO, CA – Randle Communications President & CEO Jeff Randle today announced that the firm’s Director of Public Affairs, Julie Hooper, has been promoted to Vice President of Public Affairs. Hooper joined the firm in 2012 and has played a critical role building the public affairs practice, while creating and managing Randle Communications’ proprietary digital public affairs program. In her new role as Vice President of Public Affairs, Hooper will lead the public affairs practice as well as work directly with the owners of the business on implementing the vision and plan for the firm.

As part of the Randle team, Hooper has counseled CEOs for Fortune 500 companies and multi-billion dollar organizations, elected officials and prominent community leaders. She oversees Randle Communications public affairs account teams including the California Hospital Association, the California Manufacturers & Technology Association, Western Dental, the California Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, Californians Allied for Patient Protection and California Trailblazers. In 2012, Hooper served as the Press Secretary for the California Delegation during the Republican National Convention in Tampa, FL.
Prior to joining Randle Communications, Hooper worked as a Communications Director and Legislative Aide in the California State Senate. She is also very active in the community and is a member of Sacramento Metro Chamber of Commerce Leadership Sacramento Class of 2017. Hooper also serves on the board of Capitol Network, a professional organization designed to strengthen the ties of women working in and around the legislature. She is also a member of the Public Relations Society of America. Hooper earned a Political Science degree from the University of California, Davis and was elected Vice President of the Undergraduate Student Association.
