SACRAMENTO, Calif. – Sacramento’s leading independent public relations and public affairs firm Randle Communications (Randle), today announced that Lindsey Goodwin has joined the firm’s senior leadership team as Director with the company. Goodwin, who has been with the firm for four years, will help develop and execute strategic local and statewide public affairs campaigns for clients while continuing to lead a portfolio of public affairs and public relations accounts.
“Lindsey Goodwin personifies Randle Communications’ culture and values, and she has earned the promotion to Director because of a tireless work ethic, tremendous professional growth and a sustained commitment to providing clients with exceptional service,” Randle President and CEO Jeff Randle said. “Lindsey’s understanding of how government affects the private sector and non-profit organizations is critical, and she uses that knowledge to develop and execute winning strategies. She has grown as a leader, a practitioner and a mentor to our team, which contributes to the firm’s commitment to meet and exceed our client’s high expectations.”
Goodwin joined Randle in 2013 as an Account Executive and has worked with national, statewide and local clients. Goodwin currently leads several public affairs accounts for the firm, including John Muir Health, a nationally recognized not-for-profit health care system east of San Francisco, and major statewide associations including Californians Allied for Patient Protection, California Manufacturers & Technology Association, and California Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. She also leads major initiatives for California Association of REALTORS® and California Hospital Association, and oversees strategic public relations for local health and fitness leader, California Family Fitness.
Goodwin’s prior experience includes working for state and local elected officials. She served as a Legislative Aide to a state Assembly Member and staff to former Sacramento Mayor Kevin Johnson during his first term as mayor. Goodwin is an active member of Sacramento’s leading young professionals group, Metro EDGE, and an active alumnus of her undergraduate alma mater, Sonoma State University, where she earned a Political Science degree cum laude with distinction. Goodwin also holds a master’s degree in Government from Sacramento State University.
“I am grateful to work for a company that is truly committed to fostering professional growth and investing in talent to grow future leaders from within the organization,” Goodwin said. “I’m honored to receive this promotion and privileged to continue to work in this new role with a talented team of professionals that together, deliver exceptional service and results for Randle clients.”
